Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer multiple shipping options through USPS and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order. Shipping rates are calculated based on the specifics of your purchase, delivery address and chosen shipping method during checkout. Our flat rate for shipping is $8. Orders over $125 receive free flat rate shipping (We will choose between USPS and FedEx based on what will work best for your order).
Processing Time
The standard time to process and fulfill your shipment is 4-8 business days. Please note that during times of high order volume due to holidays or other seasonal events, there may be a slight increase in processing time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to all 50 United States and Canada. Please contact customer service for information on other international destinations.

Return Policy
We are a small company dedicated to creating all-natural beeswax candles of the highest quality. We have the utmost confidence in our products and are sure that you'll agree that they are the finest candles available. We guarantee it. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your candles, contact us within 15 days of receipt, and receive a full refund or credit of equal value towards your next purchase. To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us immediately.
2. Please take great care in repacking items; they should be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
4. Include a note stating your reason for the return.
5. Ship returns to the address below, via UPS (preferred) or the U.S. Postal Service (delivery confirmation and insurance recommended).
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the error, or reason for the return was our causing, we will refund both your original shipping charges and the return shipping charges. Once a return is received, merchandise and any applicable shipping refunds will be credited to your credit card, or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
Original shipping charges will be credited in all cases that do not involve purchaser error. If the error was ours, or you were not satisfied with our product, we will refund your original shipping charges upon receipt of return. The full value of merchandise will be credited to your credit card, or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
