This is 100% pure, raw honey from West Seattle honey bees. The honey was harvested this past Summer/Fall from local hives and is available in a 1 lb. jar.
Give it a taste in your tea, blended into honey-butter, or drizzled over a cheese board. It is divine!
*Note: The floral source of the honey may differ depending on the season and current Shipwreck inventory. The current variety of honey was sourced primarily from local blackberries. We also offer honey whose primary floral source are raspberries or wildflowers. The honey generally tastes the same but will have slight flavor variances based on the primary floral source.
